- Has 20 years of experience in Asset Management in different functions. Has implemented TPM and SAP-PM in several Novartis Pharma manufacturing sites.
- Areas of expertise: 10 years of experience in leading a maintenance organization, practical implementation of pharma asset management regulation requirements (GxP), development of asset management programs and strategies, implementation of early asset management in projects, spare parts management, TPM implementation in manufacturing sites, asset availability and reliability analyses, CMMS implementation and continuous improvements of the system usage in pharmaceutical manufacturing sites (e.g. SAP-PM).
